Customer Support Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating concerns when necessary and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, tracking queries and resolutions.
• Work across flexible shifts, including weekends and festivals, to ensure continuous customer support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide customers with accurate information and solutions.
• Ensure timely reporting, adherence to schedules, and planned leaves to maintain workflow consistency.
• Support process improvement initiatives by gathering customer feedback.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with customers.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Stable employment history, demonstrating commitment and reliability.
• Disciplined in reporting, adherence to schedules, and planned leave management.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of M365 Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Slack) and CRM software.
