Web Test Engineer

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Java & Selenium.
• Perform functional, regression, and cross-browser testing for web applications.
• Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects efficiently.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Maintain and improve test automation frameworks.
• Utilize Git/GitHub for version control and test case management.
• Identify and document defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Web Testing & Test Automation.
• Strong proficiency in Java & Selenium.
• Experience in QA Ops and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Working knowledge of Git/GitHub and version control systems.
• Ability to analyze test results, debug issues, and optimize automation scripts.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with cross-browser & UI test automation.
• Preferred Skill: Experience with API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured.
