Responsibilities:

1. Listing and managing SKUs on Marketplaces.

2. Developing & managing relationships with Category Managers.

3. Managing the brand store on a marketplace.

4. Ensuring adequate inventory to avoid stock out/ dead stock.

5. Monitoring & Optimizing Sales, Margin, ACOS, Product Ranking, and Marketplace performance.

6. Developing and implementing the overall e-commerce strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives.

7. Identifying new opportunities for online sales growth and market expansion.

8. Onboarding new channels.

9. Planning and execution of performance marketing campaigns across platforms.

10. Monitoring and optimizing advertising spend to maximize ROI.

11. SEO and Keyword Optimization.

Requirements:

1. Experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a consumer goods or retail environment.

2. Proven track record of driving online sales growth and improving marketplace performance.

3. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

4. Experience with marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) and understanding of their operational dynamics.

5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
