IT Assistant (Hardware-Fresher)

Role & responsibilities

Computer Hardware & Networking Required:

• Setting up & installing new hardware and software systems.
• Installing windows, MS Office, and Basic Software's,
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting computer issues.
• Maintaining hardware and software by conducting regular maintenance and updates.
• Identifying and resolving network, connectivity, and server issues.
• Monitoring and maintaining security systems and installing updates.
• Providing technical support to users and resolving technical errors.
• Performing regular backups.
• Preparing technical documents, such as error and maintenance reports.
• Creating user documents and providing training on new computer systems.
• Proficiency in computer operating systems, such as MS Windows.
• Exceptional working knowledge of computer systems, including networks, and system maintenance.
• Good understanding of computer equipment, including laptops, servers, printers, and routers.
• diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• CCTV diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Basic Billing Software Knowledge.
• Billing Printer Installation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in computer engineering or computer science. Or Hardware & Networking Certificate.
• Minimum 0-1 years experience in a similar role.
• Analytical thinking with good problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work to a strict deadline.
• Ability to work closely with the software development team.
• Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, software, and electrical systems.
• Ability to see potential problems in a system setup.
• Two-Wheeler with Driving License Mandatory.
