Offline Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Execute offline marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and footfall.
• Identify, plan and manage BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities such as events and local promotions.
• Identify and collaborate with communities, corporate, and local influencers for brand partnerships.
• Handle brand activation, in-store promotions, and customer engagement activities.
• Work with print media, radio, and outdoor advertising agencies to drive local marketing campaigns.
• Distribute flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials in high-footfall areas.
• Identify potential locations for sponsorship, brand tie-ups, and participation in relevant events.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of offline campaigns and provide data-driven insights.
• Work closely with the operations team to implement localized promotions and offers.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, printing agencies, and local marketing partner.

Preferred candidate profile

• Prior experience in offline marketing, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Strong networking and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with field marketing, brand activation, and promotional activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with a knack for guerrilla marketing and local branding tactics.
• Travel locally and work on-ground for marketing activities.
