Customer Support Executive

• Role & responsibilities

• Customer Support: Respond to inbound calls, emails, or chats to address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Order Management: Process customer orders, handle order modifications, cancellations, and updates, and track order statuses to outlets.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken in the CRM system.
• Escalation Management: Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while ensuring follow-up and resolution.
• Feedback Gathering: Record and report customer feedback to help improve services and processes.
• Quality Assurance: Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
