Job Title: Program Management Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, track progress, and address project risks.
• Conduct competitive market research and analysis to provide actionable insights for business strategies.
• Support the implementation of Agile methodologies and practices within project teams.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and project documentation for stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline) and a Masters degree in Management (MBA or equivalent).

• Skills and Experience:

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Experience or coursework in competitive market research and analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
