As one of the industrys most respected players, we are looking for an exceptional individual to contribute to building and enhancing C2FO’s platform, empowering businesses across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the product management lead on the product roadmap for the team, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing to optimize acquisition, activation, and retention through iterative testing.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, value-driven solutions.
• Work with the product management lead on the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Drive Agile processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Maintain clear, transparent communication with stakeholders on priorities, progress, and trade-offs.

Basic Qualifications:

•  You have a keen interest in Product Management and are pursuing a degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• You possess strong verbal and written communication skills and can articulate ideas effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You have a natural curiosity to deeply understand products, including how they function and where opportunities for improvement exist.
• You are eager to understand customers, users, and market segments at a granular level.
• You are a collaborative team player who builds effective relationships with the engineering and design team.
•  You are self-motivated, organized, and thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
• You’re driven by a passion for learning and taking initiative.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to marketing technology systems or omnichannel product experiences is a plus.
• Prior experience working in a start-up or fast-paced environment is advantageous but not mandatory. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus.
