Job Description :

Function : Technical Management - Project Management

PMP Program Management Project Management

Responsibilities :

- Manage project plans and ensure timely delivery.

- Conduct risk and change management.

- Oversee day-to-day project activities and quality assurance.

- Own end-to-end delivery of virtual assistant solutions.

- Communicate project plans to align stakeholders.

- Monitor performance and track milestones.

- Lead and motivate project teams.

- Guide customers toward effective solutions.

Requirements :

- 6-10 years of program management experience in a startup (5-30 employees).

- Proficient with project management tools (e.g, JIRA).

- PMP certification preferred.

- Experience managing 3+ full projects end-to-end.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with offshore and virtual teams.

- Passion for AI and Banking.
