Role: Healthcare Role

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Primarily working on Healthcare/ Clinical requirements from Direct Clients like CNA, LPN, RN, etc.
• Negotiating with consultants on the hourly rate package and Annual rate package.
• Working on Job Portals (Monster, Career Builder, Indeed etc.)
• Mass mailing, Cold Calling, Requirement Sending, Relationship Building, sourcing.
• Attending weekly update meeting and reporting to manager.
• Resource mapping, resume screening, problem solving and issue resolution.
• End-to-End coordination of interview between prime vendor, third party vendors, clients and consultants.
• Setting up interviews for consultants.

Preferred candidate profile

Should carry good command over English
