Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- To manage daily HR operations in the company, such as Manage attendance, process payroll, etc.
- Enroll new staff members and factory workers by due procedure.
- Process legal contracts with worker contractors and adhere to legal regulations.
- Advise and help management in relevant legal documentation and regulations.
- Manage office admin tasks as required.
- Act as a Primary contact person for the staff as well as Visitors
Preferred candidate profile
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• PGDM in HR management would be advantageous
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in the field of HR management
• Experience in Manufacturing industry is desired
