Job Description : Assistant Product Manager/Product Manager

Location : Mumbai (Kandivali)

- You enjoy working with multiple hats, we are looking for a combination of Product Manager, Project Manager & Business Analyst.

- You're well acquainted with the concepts of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

- You've an eye for detail. You care about the small things with clear focus on customer/end user requirements.

- You'd love building products that are easy to use, intuitive and pretty enough for users to visit them on a daily basis.

- You've hands-on experience in planning and managing mobile apps, preferably in e-commerce or travel.

- You're obsessively analysis driven - to make decisions based on facts and figures and get clear insights from user patterns and user feedback surveys on ideas we're working on - from the ones that we've just started testing to the ones that are live.

- You're relentlessly focussed on execution and take complete ownership of your projects.

- You thrive on taking calculated risks that create value by validating and pitching new product ideas.

- You've a passion for technology. Understanding of technology in general and having fruitful discussion with the Engineering, QA and Operations teams.

You don't need to have been a developer to do this role well - though it might help!

- You're able to interface with multiple people from different backgrounds and departments to understand various requirements. You'll need to work closely with our content team, our designers, our developers, our sales and marketing teams.

You'll also need to balance the demands and differing opinions - keeping everyone happy (enough) while delivering a product users love!

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Someone who has built an app from scratch

- Minimum 3.5+ years of relevant experience & preferably an MBA.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

- Comfortable with SQL, MS Excel & Google Analytics.

- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
