Parity Cube - Product Manager (2-4 yrs)

- As a Product Manager, you will own the product roadmap, drive cross-functional collaboration, and lead the development of features that solve customer pain points.

- You will work with stakeholders to implement new products, enhance existing features, and ensure the success of our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the product roadmap to meet business goals and customer needs.

- Oversee the full product lifecycle, including prioritization, development, testing, and deployment.

- Collaborate with teams across Engineering, QA, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations to ensure timely delivery of features.

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, aligning internal schedules with key due dates.

- Monitor product performance post-launch, using data insights to identify opportunities for optimization.

- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status and changes.

- Define success metrics for features and continuously measure ROI to refine strategies.

You're Right for This Job If You Have:.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

- 2-4 years of experience as a Product Manager in a web-based tech company.

- Experience working in agile software development teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a familiarity with tools like SQL and relational databases (preferred).

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment through strategic planning and task delegation.
