HR Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage attendance, leave, payroll, and compliance for Site Staff/ Labourers.
• Keeping records like Bank Accounts/ Aadhar Cards/ Phone Numbers of Site Workers.
• Coordinate with HO and submit Compliance as per requirement to Client at Site.
• Maintain accurate data records and perform regular audits to ensure legal compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors to manage contract labourers' attendance and leave requests.
• Handle employee grievances related to salary discrepancies or other issues.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in HR Execution role, preferably in an industrial Construction setting.
  
• Strong understanding of EPF, Payroll, Leave Management, Attendance Management, Data Management, Legal Compliance, Statutory Compliance (Contract Labour Act & ESIC), Labour Management principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle employee queries effectively.
