IT documentation executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Inventory & Documentation Specialist to manage IT assets, maintain documentation, and support IT operations. The role involves tracking IT inventory, handling document management, providing basic technical support, and assisting in process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Inventory Management: Track and maintain IT hardware and software inventory, ensuring accurate records.
• IT Documentation: Maintain and update IT logs, reports, and other relevant documents.
• Document Scanning & Storage: Digitize and securely store quotations, invoices, purchase orders (POs), and contracts in the asset management system.
• Technical Support: Provide backup support for the IT helpdesk and assist with troubleshooting.
• Issue Escalation: Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or specialized teams for resolution.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance documentation processes and improve IT department efficiency.
• Training Support: Assist in creating training materials, presentations, and onboarding documents for IT systems.
