Job Summary
ParallelDots is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Demand Generation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing demand-generation programs that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product management, to create and execute campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute demand generation programs across multiple channels, including email, webinars, events, social media, and content marketing.
2. Strong knowledge of Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
3. Design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline.
4. Create impactful lead nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities.
5. Drive customer acquisition and lead generation through targeted campaigns and promotions.
6. Measure and report on the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns, using analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead volume, lead quality, and ROI.
7. Collaborate with product management and sales to create compelling content and promotions that drive customer engagement and sales.
8. Optimize website and landing page content and design to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
9. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure the timely and effective execution of demand-generation campaigns.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation to continually improve our strategies and tactics.
Requirements
1. 3+ years of demand generation experience, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision making.
3. Experience with demand generation platforms, such as Marketo or HubSpot.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for a variety of audiences.
5. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
8. Experience with B2B marketing and/or B2B SaaS industry preferred.
