Job Summary:
The Digital Transformation Manager will lead the transformation of the sales function, focusing on optimizing processes, leveraging technology, and enhancing the skills and capabilities of the sales team. This role is critical in driving sales growth and ensuring the sales organization is agile and responsive to market changes.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales transformation strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
- Identify key areas for improvement within the sales organization.
Process Optimization:
- Redesign sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks to accelerate sales cycles.
Technology Integration:
- Evaluate and implement sales technologies (e.g., CRM systems, sales automation tools) to enhance productivity.
- Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems.
Data and Analytics:
- Utilize data analytics to gain insights into sales performance and identify trends.
- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of transformation initiatives.
Change Management:
- Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Provide training and support to the sales team to facilitate the transition.
Sales Enablement:
- Develop and implement sales enablement programs to improve the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
- Create and maintain resources such as playbooks, training materials, and best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Communicate the vision and benefits of sales transformation initiatives to stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, IT, finance) to support transformation efforts.
Performance Measurement:
- Track and report on the progress of transformation initiatives.
- Continuously assess and refine strategies to ensure they meet business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales digitization and project management
- Experience leading transformation projects or initiatives.
Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Salesforce Automation , Sales IT
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in sales technologies and CRM systems.
- Strong leadership and change management skills.
Experience:
- 2+ years Experience in a similar role within the same industry ( FMCG AND FMCD , OTC Pharma )
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
Travel Requirements - 10- 20% Travelling required
