Location - Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Procurement of Raw Material, Packing Material, Spares & Machinery
• Procurement of material at lowest possible price, best of quality, timely delivery etc.
• Development of Sustainable Vendors as per Cost/Quality/Delivery timelines
• Proper Management of Bill of Material (BOM), for machine specific RM/PM Planning. - Define Procurement Budget & Spends as per Company Revenue Targets

Detailed Responsibilities (Major responsibilities of this position):-

• Coordinating with PPC & Production team for the planning of RM/PM Availability as per Demand
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning to ensure optimum RM/PM Inventory Availability, Handling end to end RM/PM inventory management
• Managing the RM/PM Inventory level in the Warehouse as per the Stock norms
• Coordinating with Marketing team for the RM/PM Artwork & Product Development process
• Evaluate, analyse and recommend Procurement concerns, new concepts, trends, opportunities and future developments to drive the Procurement Strategy process forward
• Executing IT projects in the Areas of Procurement
• Maintain End to End process of MRP Planning & Procurement
  

Maintain RM/PM Supplier evaluation processes

• Develop New Sourcing Strategies & New Sustainable Vendors as per Industry Benchmarks
• Ensure & Deliver Procurement Analytics on Spends / Forecasts / Global Standards / Pricing Benchmarks
• Ensure & Deliver Sourcing Budgets as per Company Revenue Target
