Job Description
- Responsible for maintaining and storing inventory at CSC location
- Coordinate with warehouse and technicians to ensure optimal inventory norms are maintained
- Ensure defective material is returned to warehouse as per the SOP (standard operating procedure)
- Physically go and deliver spares to technician and customer locations to manage escalations
- Analyse and prepare the ST (Service Technician) tool kit to maximize the first visit call closure
- Accountable and responsible for the maintenance and proper upkeep of the inventory
- Responsible for on time GRN (Goods Received Notes) activities for inwarding inventory material
- Coordinate with warehouse and SCM (Supply chain management) team for MSR (More Spares required) and rolling forecast (Rofo).
- 6m months 3 years of experience in inventory management/ warehouse Management
