Job Role : Regional Sales Manager

Experience : 3-5 years

Work Location : Gurgaon, Chennai, Bengaluru


Responsibilities:

  • Target mid-market, large size and Fortune companies to explore General staffing opportunities by identifying and approaching key decision makers.
  • Identifying new business opportunities with "Go to Market Strategies and create sales plans to increase market share to differentiate our company against competitors.
  • Develop strong ties with HR, Talent acquisitions and procurement team within the fortune 1000 clients.
  • Generating Leads through web-based market research; cold calling/sending emails to all the prospects.
  • Apply the knowledge of General staffing solutions, concepts, and industry trends to a business development opportunity, and educate the client while bringing innovative ideas to the table.
  • Information Gathering for prospective Clients building database.
  • Conducting in-depth data analysis using traditional and advanced methods.
  • Responsible for exploring and developing new businesses across verticals/geography.
  • Interacting with C-level executives getting immediate opportunities and schedule meetings.
  • Signing contracts and establishing operations independently with the Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Using robust market intelligence skills to measure market risk like growing competition & competition analysis.
  • Have to be instrumental in dealing with the clients and streamlining collection process.
  • Reaching Sales Targets in terms of Clients acquired and MSA signed.
  • Driving Results and Efficiency.

Should have experience in Staffing Firm.


Skills & Qualification

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Conversant with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
