Human Resource Manager/Assistant Manager (Gurgaon)

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the right talent acquisition strategy for business growth.
• Onboarding & Induction: Develop and execute seamless onboarding processes to enhance new employee experience.
• Employee Engagement: Drive engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and improve employee retention.
• Performance Management System (PMS): Implement and manage the performance appraisal process to drive high-performance culture.
• Payroll & Compliance: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
• HR Administration: Manage HR operations, including attendance, leave policies, grievance handling, and other administrative functions.
• Policy Development: Design and implement HR policies in alignment with company goals and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 10+ years in HR roles, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong expertise in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, PMS, administration, and payroll management.
• Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office suite.
