Finance Head (Gurgaon)

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives to support sustainable growth.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process, financial forecasting, and variance analysis to provide actionable insights.
• Cost Optimization: Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities without compromising operational efficiency.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and statutory financial requirements, including tax filings and audits.
• Financial Reporting: Oversee accurate preparation and presentation of financial statements, MIS reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them effectively.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team, ensuring skill development and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and banking institutions, to maintain strong relationships.
• ERP and Process Improvement: Drive automation and process improvements through effective utilization of ERP systems.

Key Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance is mandatory.
• Experience: 15+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the automobile or manufacturing industry.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the automobile industrys financial dynamics, costing structures, and regulatory requirements.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in financial modeling, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team effectively.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
