Store Assistant Manager (Pune)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Daily Warehouse Management (DWM) and ensure smooth store operations.
• Implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) & LIFO (Last In, First Out) methodologies.
• Classify and manage inventory using the ABC classification system to prioritize stock handling.
• Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular audits to minimize discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and production teams for seamless material flow.
• Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards in warehouse operations.
• Train and supervise store personnel, ensuring adherence to SOPs and operational efficiency.
• Implement cost-effective inventory control measures and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports, identifying trends and suggesting optimizations.
