Business Development AM/Manager (Hosur)

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Business Development & Sales:
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Identify and onboard new clients, including OEMs, dealerships, and fleet operators.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including negotiation and closure.

• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and production, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide regular feedback to teams on client requirements and market developments.

• Reporting & Documentation:
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to the management team.
• Maintain accurate records of business activities, client interactions, and sales performance.

• Strong knowledge of the automobile industry, particularly in CV and PV segments.
