Senior Executive/AM - Business Development

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, client acquisition, and market research.
  
• Identify potential clients and build relationships to drive revenue growth.
  
• Conduct cold calls, inside sales, and international sales efforts to expand the company's reach globally.
  
• Generate leads from various sources such as social media platforms, industry events, and online directories.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for successful client onboarding.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in Market Research/consulting firm.
  
• Strong understanding of B2B sales principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective cold calling and negotiation techniques.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by management.
• Open to work in UK & US Shift
