About this role?
This opportunity is for our Tier 1 Technology Client, youll be a hunter responsible for pipeline building on larger and more strategic opportunities. This includes outbound prospecting/lead generation and nurturing sales leads from first contact all the way through setting up appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other platforms.
Appointment Setting: Contact potential clients, understand their needs, and set appointments for the sales team.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to foster trust and loyalty.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the industry.
CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate prospect and client information.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly targets for appointment setting and lead generation.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve lead quality.
Required Skills:
Cold Calling: Proven experience and success inInternational cold calling and setting appointments.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and social media platforms.
Persistence: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough market research and gather relevant data.
Time Management: Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with different teams.
Must Have:
Proficiency in SFDC, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling.
International experience in regions like North America, EMEA, APAC and EU
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Familiarity with the B2B industry.
