Job Description

Position Overview

The Domestic Sales Manager - Aftermarket will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and ensuring seamless market penetration for our aftermarket products. This role demands frequent market visits and collaboration with partners to achieve sales targets and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the distributor and retailer network.

2. Market Visits and Partner Engagement

  • Conduct regular visits to key markets to strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide on-ground support to partners and ensure optimal product placement and visibility.

3. Training and Support

  • Train distributors and retailers on product features, benefits, and installation techniques.
  • Address partner queries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Performance Monitoring

  • Track and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify areas of improvement.
  • Provide detailed reports on sales activities, competitor analysis, and market feedback.

5. Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive aftermarket industry.
  • Experience in automotive soundproofing or car audio products.
  • Proficiency in regional languages is a plus.

Personal Attributes

  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Adaptability to diverse market conditions and cultural nuances.

Working Time

  • Fixed Day Shift.
  • 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM
  • 6 days working. (Sunday Off)
  • Job Location – Gurgaon. (Frequent Domestic Travel Required)

Budget

  • 6 – 8 LPA.
