Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.

Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and handle offer acceptance and onboarding processes.

Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to provide strategic advice to hiring managers.
