MIS Executive

Shift: Night Shift (Aligning with US time zones)
Experience: 1-3 years in MIS or a related role

We are seeking a dynamic professional with excellent experience in managing MIS processes and procedures for our process.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track recruitment performance metrics.
Extract, analyze, and present data insights to assist the recruitment team in decision-making.
Manage and update databases to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Collaborate with recruiters and managers to understand data needs and implement solutions.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Sound Knowledge & hands on experience on H-look Up, V-Look Up, Pivot Table, Conditional Formatting etc
Good in preparing MIS Report
Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
Experience in working with recruitment or staffing data is preferred.
Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis
Provide strong reporting and analytical information support
Knowledge of various MIS reporting tools
