US Recruiter ( Males Only )

IT recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening & providing a shortlist of qualified
candidates for various technical roles.
Must be available to work in a team

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Conduct background checks and reference checks as needed.
Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Note: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are Mandatory
