Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced US Staffing Manager to lead and manage our recruitment operations in the US. Based in Hyderabad (Jubilee Hills), this role will be critical in overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring staffing strategies align with our companys goals. The position requires working US hours (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST) to effectively engage with US-based hiring teams and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of recruiters focused on US-based recruitment, ensuring high-quality hires and timely delivery of staffing solutions.
Develop and execute strategies to source and recruit top talent across various industries within the United States.
Collaborate with US-based hiring managers and department leads to understand their staffing requirements.
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, EEO guidelines, and company policies during recruitment activities.
Monitor staffing performance using metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and platforms to increase visibility and attract top candidates.
Provide ongoing mentorship and training for the recruitment team to maintain high levels of efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct regular staffing audits and provide insights to senior management regarding talent acquisition progress.
Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration for new hires into the organization.
Stay current on US market trends, HR best practices, and new recruitment technologies to enhance the talent acquisition process.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or staffing, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Strong understanding of US labor laws, recruiting best practices, and industry-specific hiring requirements.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing recruitment teams.
Ability to work effectively in US working hours (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST).
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve staffing performance.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and candidates.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in staffing for IT sectors.
Certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
Familiarity with diversity and inclusion hiring practices.
Work Environment:
Full-time, office-based at our Hyderabad (Jubilee Hills) location, with flexibility for remote work as applicable.
Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (aligned with US working hours).
