IT recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening & providing a shortlist of qualified
candidates for various technical roles.
Must be available to work in a team

Responsibilities:

Sourcing Candidates:
Utilize various platforms and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking events) to identify potential candidates.
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Screening and Interviewing:
Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidate skills and experience.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Client Management:
Understand client requirements and job specifications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Provide regular updates to clients on the recruitment process.
Candidate Management:
Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed of their application status.
Negotiate offers and placements.
Database Management:
Maintain accurate records of candidate information in the company's database.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
Market Research:
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions.
Research and analyze competitor activities.
Note: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are Mandatory
