We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven EA to Director for secretarial related functions. The EA to Director will be responsible for all kinds of secretarial related work.

**Responsibilities:**

• Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
• Prepare internal and external corporate documents
• Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
• Calendar management
• File management
• Prepare minutes of meetings
• Coordination with sites
• Follow Up
