Roles and Responsibilities
1. Oversee civil works and ensure quality control on construction sites

3. Select, negotiate, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers

4. Prepare cost estimates, track budgets, and manage project finances

5. Monitor vendor performance and resolve any procurement-related issues

6. Lead and supervise a team, ensuring effective communication and coordination

7. Ensure compliance with safety standards and local/national regulations

8. Strong expertise in materials, procurement processes, and vendor management

9. Proficient in construction management software (e.g. AutoCAD)
