Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

Distribution & Channel Management

• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
• Ensure optimal inventory at distributor and retail points
• Drive product visibility and availability across assigned territories

Sales & Business Development

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Expand retail presence by onboarding new outlets
• Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities

Retailer Engagement & Market Activation

• Execute promotional campaigns and schemes
• Ensure brand presence and merchandising at key outlets
• Conduct product training and engagement programs

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Monitor sales performance and distributor ROI
• Report market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
• Align business strategies with the Area Sales Manager

Who Were Looking For

• Experience: 2-4 years in General Trade Sales & Distribution Management
• Industry Preference: FMCG, Apparel, Innerwear, or allied sectors

Skills Required

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and drive insights
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Experience in distributor operations and secondary sales management
