Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets in the assigned territory.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales volume, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  
• Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to expand product reach.
  
• Conduct regular visits to customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in channel distribution or similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of general trade sales principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective distributor handling.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
