UI/UX Designer - Sketch/Figma (2-7 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with experience in designing web and mobile applications, as well as creating compelling video illustrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong design aesthetic, a user-centered approach, and the ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications, video illustrations, and synthetic product showcases.

- Create and maintain design specifications and guidelines.

- Iterate designs based on feedback and analytics to improve usability.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Requirements :

- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.

- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and processes.

- Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

- Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
