Senior Software Engineer - Golang/Ruby on Rails (10-15 yrs)

Requirements :

- Fintech background.

- Hands-on experience with Golang and RoR.

- Experience with MySQL.

- Proven experience with Golang and Ruby on Rails (RoR) in a backend development role.

- Strong experience working with MySQL databases, including query optimization, indexing, and schema design.

- Solid understanding of Fintech concepts and applications, including familiarity with financial data systems, security, and compliance standards.

- Experience in building scalable, secure, and highly available backend services.

- Proficiency with version control systems like Git.

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for writing high-quality code.

- Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment, balancing multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Familiarity with other databases and technologies like NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) and microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or GCP for deploying backend services.

- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
