About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment and integration of our our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs, configure our solutions, and provide technical guidance throughout the implementation process. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct detailed discovery sessions with clients to understand their business requirements and technical specifications.

- Document client needs and translate them into actionable implementation plans.

- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure a smooth handoff and alignment on client expectations.

- Configure and customize to meet client-specific requirements.

- Integrate our solutions with client systems, using APIs, data migration tools, and other integration methods.

- Perform data migration and validation, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the solution functions as expected.

- Provide technical support to clients during the implementation process, resolving issues and answering questions promptly.

- Troubleshoot and debug integration problems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.

- Document common issues and solutions for future reference.

- Manage implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

- Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project progress.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve issues.

- Create and maintain detailed implementation documentation, including configuration guides

and user manuals.

- Provide training to clients on how to use and maintain the implemented solutions.

- Contribute to the development of internal knowledge base articles and best practices.

Technical Skills :

API Integration :

- Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs.

- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Insomnia).

- Ability to troubleshoot API integration issues.

- Proficiency in SQL and database management.

- Experience with data migration and ETL processes.

- Understanding of data validation and quality assurance.

- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Bash).

- Ability to write and modify scripts for automation and data manipulation.

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Understanding of cloud-based integration services.
