Lead Engineer - Golang (10-15 yrs)

Requirements :

- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in software engineering with at least 5 years of professional experience working with Golang.

- Proven experience in leading teams and delivering complex software projects from concept to production.

- Strong experience in building high-performance, scalable, and distributed systems.

- Deep understanding of Golang and its ecosystems, along with experience in microservices architecture.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Strong expertise in RESTful API design, GraphQL, and web services.

- Experience working with databases (SQL, NoSQL), caching systems (Redis, Memcached), and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

- Proficient in Git and other version control systems.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in a production environment.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Strong experience in implementing security best practices in backend systems.

- Experience in cryptocurrency or financial technology is a plus but not mandatory.
