Ruby on Rails Developer Responsibilities :

- Develop & maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails.

- Manage dependencies with Bundler & integrate third-party gems.

- Write optimized Active Record queries & implement background jobs with Sidekiq.

- Enhance performance using caching (Rails cache, Redis, Memcached).

- Handle concurrency & distributed DB operations with Makara.

- Manage database migrations, seeding & schema updates.

- Utilize design patterns for scalable, maintainable code.

- Work with ERB templating & reusable Partials for modular front-end.

- Implement error tracking with HoneyBadger & optimize performance via memoization.

- Leverage metaprogramming, understand method lookup & apply ORM principles.

- Use Rails MVC components, STI & Polymorphic Associations for schema design.

- Implement real-time eventing with Pusher & adhere to Rails conventions.

- Manage Rails Routes, Serialization & automate tasks with Rake.

- Work with Ruby version managers (rbenv, asdf, RVM).

- Conduct unit testing with RSpec & ensure code clarity with proper scoping.
