1.Job Description – IE Incharge

2.Purpose of the Position

1. Ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness throughout the production process.
2. Enhance productivity, UPPH, reduce costs, and improve overall operational efficiency.
3. Managing a team, optimizing processes, allocating resources as per Standard.
4. Evaluate Team Employees Task and Responsibilities.
5. Resource Management (Standardizing Resource).

3.Major responsibilities of position

1. IE organization function planning and organization establishment Staff localization.
2. Capacity planning: manpower, line, equipment demand.
3. Standardize All DL, IDL Manpower.
4. Guide team members to use ECRS (Eliminate Combine Rearrange Simplify） and improve UPH/UPPH.
5. Review SOP/Flow chart / Standard UPH/ Line balance.
6. Productivity, Manpower Utilization data analysis and control.
7. Promote 5S.
8. Loss cost analysis and control.
9. Calculate/control and track external charge.
10. The manufacturing costs analysis and control. (Measuring per piece cost by considering overall factors).
11. Quotation for new model.
12. Promote the improvement activity and project tracking.
13. Factory logistics Improvement.
14. Renovation of existing workshops.
15. Review Standardize consumable material dosage.
16. Design and promote DIY pine line and auxiliary facilities.
17. Promote Employee proposal system project.

4. Qualifications

1. Degree in Engineering (BE / B.Tech. in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering is preferable)
2. 5 + year’s relevant experience in similar industry.

5.Key Skill

1. Advanced in Technical Knowledge & Process Optimization
2. Problem Solving and Decision making Ability.
3. Proficiency in MS-office and Auto-CAD.
4. Advance knowledge computer tools and systems
5. Strong knowledge of presentation.
6. Strong knowledge of Data Analyzing and Data Management.
7. Project management and organizational skill.
