Purpose of the Position
Smooth operation of the factory.

1. Opportunities of New business
2. Plan & process that help in smooth run operation in the factory.
3. Annual Operational budgets.
4. Deliver Operation KPI: On time delivery, Efficiency, Productivity, Manufacturing cost, and safety.
5. Third party contract management.
6. Resource Management

Major responsibilities of position

1. Aligning company's Vision & Goal through operational excellence.
2. Setting up processes and executing.
3. On time delivery based on customer requirement.
4. Material management & rejection/ scrap cost control.
5. Customer Satisfaction Internal & External both.
6. Operation cost optimization:
7. Optimizing Manpower
8. Machine Productivity
9. Quality Assurance
10. Provide support to achieve employees KPI through interaction / co-ordination with management and employee.
11. Improve teams Skill, Talent, Ability through Training & Work standardization
12. Regulatory Legal Compliances like Labour Laws, BIS, GST etc.

Qualifications

1. Degree or Post Graduation in Engineering (BE / B.Tech. / ME / M.Tech. in Electronics / Mechatronics)
2. Post-Graduation or MBA in Operations could be an additional qualifications.
3. 15+ year’s relevant experience in similar industry.

Key Skill

1. Leadership Skill, Team building & Team Development
2. Basic knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Procurement
3. Familiar with ISO, Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma.
