Purpose of the Position

1. Smooth process of PMC activity.
2. Fulfill the requirements of sales commitments.
3. Inventory management
4. Annual PMC Budgets

Major responsibilities of position

1. Aligning the companys Vision & Goal through PMC (Planning and Material Control) excellence.
2. Planning Control :

• Make monthly/weekly/daily production plan and dispatch plan
• Prepare work order and monitoring work order closure
• Monitoring dispatch and production achievement against plan
• Monitoring the sales order closure
• Make the plan based on customer demand and arrange resources based on plan with internal team
• Material Control :
• MRP(Material requirement planning / Demand planning/ material planning)
• Inventory Control ( Daily ,Statics & Dynamic )
• System Knowledge (SAP/ERP/K3 System )
• Full Kit preparation
• Cost Control : Material Scarp Cost control
• Supplement Report and Tracking
• Incoming Activity
• Unload material which receive in factory
• GIN activity in ERP/K3/SAP
• Incoming material verification and offer to IQC
• Transfer material in Warehouse physically and by system
• Cost Control : Internal transfer transportation cost control
• Warehouse management
• Maintain of inventory stock
• Kit Issue to Production shop floor based on D-1 Plan
• Maintain 5S, 3R, Temperature, Humidity or other basics of warehouse management.
• Align system Stock based on physical material movement
• Ensuring that Health and safety Guidelines
• Dispatch Activity
• Finish goods dispatch as per customer demand
• Coordination with sales, planning, quality, production, purchase, HO for smooth functioning of dispatch plan and meet customer requirements
• Invoice , E-Invoice ,E-way Bill, Packing list preparation
• Prepare invoice for job work orders including annexure VI challan Make dispatch documents sets and send to customer and head office
• Coordinate with customer for placement of vehicle as per dispatch plan

Improve team’s Skill, Talent and Ability through Training & Work standardization.

Optimizing Manpower- Study manpower requirements and support to achieve the cost efficiency.

Qualifications

1. Degree in Engineering (BE / B.Tech.)/MBA in Supply chain management
2. 10 + year’s relevant experience in similar industry.
