Purpose of the Position

1. Responsible for Defective PCBA Analysis Root cause and Repair
2. PCBA Scrap control during repair
3. A-Class component verification

Major responsibilities of position

1. Attend daily meeting with TRC In charge
2. Strong ability to analyse problems
3. In depth knowledge of Failure analysis techniques
4. Failure analysis investigations and prepare reports
5. Mobile, STB, Router, Switch, CCTV, Head Phone, Chargers & Adaptors Analyse and repair or electronic product process
6. Analyses Defect timely and give feedback.
7. Knowledge of Schematic diagram & Electronics Component
8. Sorted out and summarized customer maintenance materials, prepared maintenance training materials
9. Validation, statistics and report of scrap PCBA
10. Secondary validation of materials used by maintenance personnel
11. Organized the team to implement training plans

Qualifications

1. Degree/Diploma in Engineering (BE / B.Tech. in Electronics / Electrical/Electronic instrumentation )
2. 4+ year’s relevant experience in similar industry.
