Job Summary:
As a Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their staffing requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates. Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
2. Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
3. Coordination and Communication: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates. Keep all stakeholders informed about the progress of the recruitment process.
4. Negotiation and Offer Management: Participate in salary negotiations and discussions with candidates. Facilitate the offer process and ensure a smooth transition for the selected candidates.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics. Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
