Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Advisor at Plan B Consultancy in Mumbai. The
Business Advisor will be responsible for providing advisory services to clients, offering
management advisory expertise, and assisting with financial analysis and decision-making.
Effective communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams will be essential for
success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce our services and identify
opportunities for collaboration in global expansion, compliance, and financialization.
Coordination with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including
sales, legal, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of client projects and alignment with
organisational objectives.
Follow-up: Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients to provide updates on
service offerings, address inquiries, and nurture relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Conversion Closure: Drive the conversion of leads into clients by effectively communicating
the value proposition of our services, conducting thorough needs assessments, and negotiating
terms to secure contracts.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) / Key Result Areas (KRAs):
Client Acquisition: Achieve targets for acquiring new clients through cold calling efforts and
lead generation activities.
Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, following up on
opportunities, and prioritising activities to maximise conversion rates.
Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed revenue targets by successfully closing deals for global
expansion, compliance, and financialization services.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely
responses, addressing client concerns, and delivering value-added solutions.
Qualifications:
Analytical Skills, Finance, and Communication skills
Experience in management advisory
Ability to provide strategic guidance and advice to clients
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Professional certifications in the field of finance or management advisory are a plus
This role requires a dynamic individual with strong communication skills, a keen understanding
of international finance and compliance, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory
environments. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and
ensuring client satisfaction through effective sales and consultancy services
