Data Entry/Admin Executive

PlanB, a leading multinational consultancy and accountancy firm in Mumbai, is looking for dynamic individuals to join our team in a dual-capacity role encompassing accounting and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Responsibilities

• Process daily financial transactions and data entry in Tally.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and manage financial reports and spreadsheets using advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Process invoices, payments, purchase orders, and agreements with accuracy.
• Organize and file accounting documents for future reference and audits.
• Assist in reconciling financial statements for accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline operations.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and validate client documents, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Organize, scan, and manage physical and electronic documents in the document management system.
• Maintain documentation readiness for audits and ensure process adherence.
• Manage reports, timesheets, and e-signature workflows (e.g., DocuSign).
• Facilitate inter-departmental communication and manage email correspondence effectively.
• Support audit processes by ensuring organized, accessible, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or relevant field.
• Experience: 1-2 years in accounting or administrative roles preferred; fresh graduates with the right skills are encouraged to apply.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Tally, advanced Excel, and MS Office. Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Organizational Skills: High attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
