We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager Compliance to oversee compliance and accounting functions for multiple clients. The ideal candidate should be a CA Inter, CS, or CS Inter with expertise in regulatory requirements, reconciliations, and team management. Strong communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple client portfolios, are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Compliance Management: Manage compliance for multiple clients, including TDS, GST, MCA, Labour Laws, and statutory filings.
- Financial Statement Reconciliation: Review and finalize client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliations.
- MIS Reports: Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports with clear and accurate metrics.
- Dashboards & Reporting: Maintain dashboards to provide actionable insights for compliance and financial goals.
- Team Management & Training: Supervise and train a team of Data Entry Clerks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Financial Modeling & Pitch Decks: Assist clients in creating financial models and business pitch decks.
- Startup Compliance & SOPs: Provide guidance on startup compliances, financial reporting, funding processes, and SOP creation.
- System & Process Implementation: Develop and implement efficient systems and processes for the compliance team.
- Client Communication: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction.
- Timely Completion: Ensure all team tasks and client deliverables are completed accurately and within deadlines.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: CA Inter, CS, or CS Inter (additional certifications in finance, compliance, or business law are a plus).
- Experience: 2-3 years in compliance, accounting, or financial management, with experience in MCA, TDS, GST filings, and team management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Advanced Tally and Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial analysis).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for client interactions and complex information.
- Negotiation: Skilled in resolving client issues and delivering value-added solutions.
- Team Management: Proven ability to manage teams, train staff, and ensure task completion.
- Execution: Strong focus on timely and accurate process execution.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in managing multiple client portfolios and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Client-Centric Approach: Understand client business models and tailor compliance strategies to their needs.
- Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills to handle competing deadlines effectively.
