Roles and Responsibilities

• Advanced Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel features for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Data Management: Maintain and update databases with accurate and up-to-date information, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Reporting and Analysis: Create customized reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide valuable insights to the management team. Identify data trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation related to MIS systems, processes, and reports for future reference.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the Retail industry (preferably).
  
• B.Com degree from a recognized university (any specialization).
  
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas like SUMIF, COUNTIF, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP; ability to create complex formulas as needed.
  
• Strong understanding of MIS concepts and ability to develop effective reports using pivot tables.
